their MTs are sitting there with no work. Doing exactly what Nuance is doing. They pay the subcontractors half of what they pay their employees and they pocket the rest. Unfortunately the subcontractors are under Modals rules and regulations and their crazy audits constantly and I mean nitpick constantly to the point people quit.
