Foot pedal woes-it undoes and duplicates text - natty g Posted: Feb 9th, 2018 - 1:53 pm
Hello. I'm having a weird problem with a new foot pedal, the Infinity 2 USB, in which it will sometimes rewind-play-ffwd accurately, but more often it will paste and unpaste text into the Word document I'm working in. I had Pedable on my computer but uninstalled it, never used this program, but thought it might be part of the problem as it does allow users to assign unusual functions to foot pedal keys (which I did not do). I've tried the shut everything down, make sure pedal is plugged in, before using audio, etc. etc. I can't very well use my foot pedal reliably if it's going to be undoing and duplicating my typed text. Anyone got ideas to help correct this? Thanks.
