with 25% less, probably could be anywhere between 20% to 25%. So using 25% fewer characters when spaces are not counted, 4.5 cpl would be 3.375 cpl (that's 25% less). Not the worst I've seen, probably because they started with a relatively high rate of 4.5. Though, I'm not saying this is good by any means.
