Omg they can't speak English to save their lives and yet our profession has somehow intermixed with India. Every time I read an email like that, I cringe. Can you imagine what the transcription would look like? One can only hope they don't communicate with the clients like that. The worst part is, THEY think they sound just fine. Argh.
