I would call them back and see if anything can be done. The one thing I didn't care for whas they took off my Malware and put in Karpasky or whatever they use. Again, no problems with my computer, so maybe you need to have some stuff taken off of your computer. My old computer was very slow and someone told me I had a lot of background stuff in there that caused that.
