I worked for this company for about 5 months last year and the work was low most of the time and sporadic, yet they were always sending out emails about being out of TAT???

You were required to sign up to work both Saturday and Sunday (you could pick the hours) for 3 hours each day to cover some hospital accounts. No weekend differential paid either.

I am tired of these companies wanting MTs to be IC, with no benefits whatsoever and no taxes taken out and yet make these demands.

I usually worked the weekends, but to be locked into designated hours was not for me.
