I am assuming these accounts may be ending their contracts in the new year or soon, so Nuance doesn't want to waste time doing that.

I hope I'm wrong (as usual, my favorite account), but they do seem to be skimping on some of the accounts and paying special attention to others (the horrible ones, of course).
