For an owner-operator MTSO, the rule of thumb is that you charge your clients twice what you pay your MTs.
In the case of Nuance, a megacorp with a LOT of overhead, I would imagine it would be at least 3X as much but I have no idea. Perhaps someone formerly with Nuance (or some other megaMTSO) admin can chime in with more definite info.
