Find new job using terminology, knowledge of procedures, atmosphere in medicine you have gleaned from 1000s of reports. I left. Did a short 3.5 month stint somewhere I didn't belong (law office, bad karma, personality clash, gained LOTS of Up to date internet, Word, Excel experience) moved into a hospital job...full benes, time off, first raise in 20 years, to $19.00, got 0.75 first year. Expect 22 in next 2 years...
