Log into email. Click:
1. Actions
2. Manage User Options
3. Composing messages.
At bottom of the Composing Messages screen, there is a signature. Edit it to say what you need it to say (usually your HDSM tells you. For my group, it's:
My Name
Primary Account Name
My Phone Number
HDSM Name
HDS Operations US
PC Name
My Schedule
My Time Zone
