A lot of people are having this problem. I called Support 2 weeks ago and they cleared all the caches, etc. That solved it for 48 hours. Unfortunately, it came back. I reinstalled Fluency and it's been running better with the Ctrl J issue for over a week. We'll see how long that lasts. Support seemed to be aware of it but with no definite solution. I told my manager and PM about it with no response. So....hopefully, another MT has found someone who will listen and try to solve it.
Until then, I'll keep reinstalling the darn thing, clearing the caches, power cycle, etc.
