Every single person I work with in my new outside job has made mistakes, and I've actually been the one to catch some of the errors thanks to my attention to detail. Nobody freaks out. Nobody marks anyone down. Nobody docks pay or sends a nasty e-mail. I'm learning to relax a bit, not in my standards, but in being overly harsh towards myself--expecting perfection when nobody else does. The people at my outside job are tolerant, and I'd forgotten what that's like. I still strive for the best in myself, but I can breathe now.

Kerra, be patient and kind towards yourself. You can do this.
