They promised bonus and incentive to get them back up and running and then refused to pay based on an "oops" mistake, never meant to pay those. Now they lay off 400+ workers last week and really think the remaining ones are going to remain loyal? Promise of extra PTO? I think not. We're next in line for layoff and any PTO would be taken anyway since they have written policy they do not pay out unused PTO upon leavin the company. They got themselves in this mess, they can figure it out.
