UI is different in each state. It all depends on your situation. They don't hand it out to everyone. And you don't have to be looking for work in some instances. It is a case-by-case basis. That is what I have heard from other MLSs. But if Nuance has laid off 80+ so far, I suspect there will be more coming in the future according to the posts on this board. I guess we will find out as time goes on. It is a wait and see game.
