With my TSM who is gone every Wednesday through at least Friday, her boss, and HR who told them to fix this for me. My TSM who I confronted on the phone said that was her fault but she had to do her weekly away from the job and her boss just ignored it. Out of 4 weeks since back on the grid, figures have been manipulated to pay me at bottom tier all those weeks. Tearing my thinning hair out!
