Betty, please do not go work for Nuance. It will be a huge mistake, I promise. Read the hundreds of posts/comments on here and you will see what I mean. Go work anywhere else (except M*Modal). Even McDonald's will pay you more than Nuance, and you would be out of a job soon anyway, as Nuance will send your account to India.
