And sacrificed the MTs to save some money. They bought the whole Nuance line and along the way haven't cared to review how it is functioning and do their own due diligence. Because of that I hold them responsible for this whole mess as well. They got a wake-up call with the cyber attack and that should have been a major reason to re-evaluate the reliability of Nuance and yet I believe too many are still willing to believe the Nuance media double-speak.
I only feel bad for the patients. They and the US MTs are the victims.
