ideas - sm

I thought I just lost this mornings work, but thankfully didn't. My 5 year old desktop seems to be on the fritz. Should I go with a Walmart-type desktop again or go with something like Dell? I don't do the gaming stuff, just work with Word and personal stuff. Appreciate any suggestions.
