should be good, as it is coming from a video process, not a tape recorder. besides with the capability of talking to the doctor directly, if you don't understand something they said, you can always ask. as for the pay, I heard they like to hire med students and pay about $8.00 an hour, but that may be on the low side and depends on the doctor and the situation. never hurts to look.
