I hear ya...I recently interviewed for a transcription job at a local hospital. Everything went great, the interview was very positive, there were 3 open positions, and the job(s) went to someone whose "skills and experience" were a better match. I have 30 years of experience. Maybe they did the math and decided I was too darn old. That's what it feels like to me.
