Problem with blanks. sm - Cannot win at this place.

I don't generally leave mega amounts of blanks, so why is QA in the last month or so suddenly finding reports with them and filling them in, sometimes with things that don't make sense? All reversals so far have been denied. Seriously, I didn't have this much of a problem before the cyberattack. Yes, working on my escape, if they don't fire me first for too much MUP (lowish C-LPH because I spend time trying to NOT LEAVE BLANKS!).
