I have working for Nuance for 3 years. I got an email for a converence call this morning that was a recording saying due to reduction in workforce, recent malware incident, they were restructuring and my termination was effectively immedialy. No warning, not even allowed to finish shift. They have changed pay grid 3 times in 3 years and its to their advantage. In a way, glad to be gone..just think it was a crappy way to be told and no warning. Too much stress..qa, qc, lines per hour, qc payroll percent, just keep adding things putting you under more stress. Nuance employess, you have no job security. As you can see, you are expendible in blink of eye. Has this happened to anyone else?
