As stated many times, the jobs are not publicly advertised. Therefore you would not find them on any website. It's who you personally know who knows about an opening somewhere and tells you about the job via telephone or email or in person at a get-together of some sort.
Independent medical examination and other types of insurance work is plentiful if you know where to look for it. If you spend a lot of time on a website complaining that things are not exactly the way they used to be, you won't find the work there is. If you only use Word AutoCorrect, you will not be productive enough to be successful. If the job is an IC job, you may need more than one to have enough work to work when you want to work.
