I have 3 jobs, one with an MTSO that has their own accounts, 2 MTSOs with Nuance accounts.
The independent of Nuance MTSO has a normal workload and has throughout the summer with no lack of work.
The two MTSOs who outsource with Nuance have had no work or next to no work all summer but especially no work since the cyber attack.
Not a coincidence.
