Nuance debacle - Three things Posted: Aug 4th, 2017 - 2:53 am
1. Sloppy dictation: Docs are completely out of touch with the transcription process. Not entirely their fault. When I worked on site they hand-delivered their printouts, thanked us for making them look so good, and took our suggestions to heart.
2. A N stockholder recently stated N is "morally corrupt to the high heavens." Who would hold stock in such a place and profit from such massive injustice?
3. How is it even possible that a company the size of N, a major player on the NYSE, with untold thousands of people dependent on them for work flow and life's blood daily income, just goes AWOL for more than a month, with no public statements, no meaningful internal updates? This is like working for or depending on a major health network and physically finding the doors locked one day, with little cryptic crayon signs in the window from time to time. WHERE is the accountability?
