I agree with "fiveoh's" post regarding her accessing her personal report.
Sounds as if your supervisor isn't following hospital standards of conduct/workplace behavior conduct. Encourage you to review your employee handbook and discuss with your supervisor how her workplace behavior is affecting your workday. She sounds insecure and jealous.
