be charged back and you'll pay the overdraft unless you have overdraft protection. If you received payment that was returned NSF you should send out a demand letter cert mail RRR for your documentation. If you choose to go forward in small claims court, you'll want to have that documentation. Unfortunately, as an IC, you're responsible for collecting, just as if you wrote a check without funds to your creditors. Stinks that it happens, I know.
