I'm sorry, I don't know how quickly communication is effected.

However, please be advised that if you will be working on Veterans Administration accounts, those are federal government contracts, and you must be paid an hourly Wage Determination Rate for the time you spend working. In addition, you must also be paid for holidays. Also, there is a Health and Welfare Fringe Benefit Rate of $4.27 per hour worked.
This is apart from and in addition to your hourly pay and goes toward paying benefits which a federal contractor must provide to his employees as set forth by the McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act.

If you don't work on VA or other federal accounts, please disregard.
