If you are saying that petya got into the server by Indians who work from home you need to know that it sounds like scapegoating. Who is the easiest person to blame? Somebody from India who works at home. (like...the Russians did it). Just be aware that if it is HACKED then NOBODY KNOWS. IT IS, I REPEAT, IT IS NOT TRACKABLE. That is why it is called HACKED.
