if you're willing to work for minimum wage because that's what 0.025 cpl for VRE works out to be. The most I've seen lately for VRE (straight typing has mostly gone the way of the dinosaur) is 0.04 cpl and that's the "competitive" rate as an IC, you pay your own taxes, no PTO, no benefits. By the time you deduct all that, you're lucky if you make $5/hour.
