Flexibility is long gone. Adhering to a strict schedule complete with punching a time clock and monitored keyboard time is how its done now. The pay sucks. Realllllly bad. The benefits (if you can call them that) are horrible. The way we are treated in this industry is unconscionable. Working at home is the ONLY redeeming quality about this job, which definitely has its cons. It just simply is not the career it once was. I'd give anything to have a solid out like you have!!
