timecard must always add up to the # of schedule hours each week. So, if you work FT, you must 40 hours on your timecard through combination of hours worked, PTO if any, and then the excused absense no pay can be used also. It sounds like a lot of hours, but there are periods when there is constant NJA, so save it for that.
