I never got an official answer, but makes sense that's all it was, now that you say it. I thought the deal with California was more than just minimum wage, i.e., other workers' rights in addition.

Texas would be one of the safer ones, then. But lots of green states here to worry about in terms of MTSOs balking at a higher minimum wage.
