I agree with you. The audio is bad all around lately. Of course we have backlog. We can't hear what they are talking about and it takes forever to get through the file. Today was worse, because none of the dictators I had wanted to open their mouths to enunciate their syllables. That's the worst, when they say the same thing over and over but don't realize the same people don't type them over and over, that we rotate. Unless you want to spend hours finding out what they normally dictate by searching past reports, you're SOL. Such a waste of time and money.
