Update to US NTS employees
7/19/17
By: Lynn Gilley, Sr. Director Human Resources

Dear US NTS colleagues:

Nuance continues to migrate clients to the Emdat and eScription platforms daily as we return to a more regular state of operations with work flowing in. Please make sure to follow the OOW policy and contact your manager when you are in an out of work condition.

Due to the outages, we do not yet have all of our reporting systems back on line so we will continue to use the most recently calculated Average Hourly Rate as a basis for payroll calculation.

The incentives that were put in place for pay period ending 7/14 resulted in thousands of additional pay transactions that must be checked for accuracy and eligibility. Although we have added additional resources to this QC effort it is not yet completed and we must schedule an additional payroll to pay eligible incentive hours and bonus. Therefore the timecards currently displayed in Webclock and submitted to ADP for payroll calculation for period ending 7/14 will reflect your actual hours worked and/or technical downtime as entered or as reported by managers and other regular tasks reported in Webclock and will be paid at either AHR or the training rate of pay. The adjustments from week ending 6/30 and the eligible incentives for the pay period 7/14 will be paid out in a special pay run no later than 7/28. We will post a confirmation of this special run so that you will know exactly when to expect it.

Please continue to submit your questions regarding compensation to the HR team.
