Relax, and do what I can. If I'm at my limit, it's time for a break. When payday comes around, it's going to be worth it, but it's not worth hurting myself over.
Oh, and I'm ignoring all those stress-inducing "Help, we have 6000 reports about to go out of TAT" emails. Life is too dang short for my HDSMs stress to be put on my shoulder's. That's why she gets paid the big bucks, right?
