Again, it was their idea to come up with the incentive and make it unclear and vague and confusing. IF they screwed up it is on them.
The hourly bonus is easy to understand and that is why they offered it again, albeit at a lower rate. Sad that we are complaining about a chance to make an extra $375 for 15 hours. They just cut the rate from 50 to 25. But they didn't offer anything above 15 so why would anyone work more?
I guess they forgot the demographics of their workforce. Asking people to work 20+ hours two weeks in a row is a lot and the incentive needs to reflect that, especially given the degree of difficulty of this extra work.
