how you get horrible sound quality with those cheap internet phone call programs, the ones that advertise free or 1 cent a minute rates?

Yeah, those ones. That's all I can think of, the hospitals are so freakin stingy, such tightwads, I wouldnt doubt it this would be the cheapest way to go since the Nuisance crash.
