You can call me a suit if you want, but I believe in doing a good job regardless if anyone appreciates it or if I dont think I am getting paid enough. You dont give up and give bad work because you dont get your way- its called ethics- do you best job even if they dont care. at least you can say I did my best at the end of the day and phooey on the MTSO that doesnt appreciate it - that was my point - not saying we have to take this treatment or that it is right what they are doing. I am saying put your best foot forward and maybe you can have an argument that you should get paid more.
