I do agree with the OP. At a previous company I did QC/QA and some of the absolute crap that crossed my screen was mind-blowing. Blanks for poor dictators or bad audio? Sure, no problem. I do it myself regularly. But blanks for common medical terms that you should have learned in school? English words misspelled (and spell check obviously bypassed)? Just sheer laziness. If you hate the job, leave and do something else. No one should be that miserable for 40 hours every week. Otherwise, choose to do your best. Doing shoddy work isn't hurting the company, it's hurting you (pay), the clients and the patients. The company still gets paid even when you do crap work, and it makes the rest of us look bad to the clients.

Just my .02. Off to watch my empty queue for another hour...
