will probably put up with a service in general (probably not Nuance, since they said they were going with someone else) and then the next time this happens, they will no doubt go with another service until they have basically run out of them. They are on that same "cheap" bandwagon too and do not want to pay the decent wages and benefits they were known to pay when they can get the work done for so much less money. Money is the only thing they care about as well -- not whether we are trying to survive on half-pay. It's a shame, but money is always the bottom line.
