Her initials are VM, and she's quite overbearing; tone of voice implying that YOU are the one at fault, everybody else is doing fine, and gets a bit snippy when you point out the faults of the program. Sure, they train you on the easy dictators, then you're on your own when it comes to the difficult ones.
But oh boy she can show you the numbers...
