Some of the best jobs are never advertised other than by word of mouth among those who are employed, even managers looking for CMTs/CHDSs/other AHDI members with a commitment to continuing education. I have also heard that AHIMA may be helpful. Jobs may be advertised on their websites as well. My membership has more than paid off with the best jobs ever.
