I have a love/hate relationship with Practicount. It's accurate and easy to set up/use, but it always bombs on me so I have to uninstall it completely, re-download it and then reinstall it. I don't know why and their tech support can't come up with a reason. Doesn't happen to anyone else I know. He did suggest, and so far it works, that when I open up Practicount, I "run as administrator". But I have been using it for years - get the basic one rather than the business version - it's cheaper.
