Resume advice. - A couple suggestions. sm

Have you checked out the AARP website? If you google AARP resume, there is an article along with links to resume styles, etc. I have been studying their site for a while and like that they address problems the mature jobseeker may run into. Some people may not want to go there for political reasons, but I do think it is informative in this case. Also, check your library and/or WorkSource office for resume-writing and/or applications classes. The last one I went to was a 2-hour session and it was an eye opener. Another offering at our library is for someone to critique resumes.
Prepping for the job search myself (non-MT) and finding out that the hiring process is very different from when I last interviewed for a non-MT job 25 years ago. Good luck to you.
