This is a tough line of work now days, no doubt about it. But, on the inner circle website, if you look at those work team introduction videos listed by manager for different regions, the breakdown of MTs by length of employment here seems to show most employees averaging around 5+ years - that's the majority. It's interesting to see the breakdown also of where most employees are located across the country. Check it out...I guess some people just have reasons for wanting or needing to work from home???
