They contacted us, told us what was happening and what they were doing, and they fixed it. I've been there 11 years, and it's been once or twice before this but never by more than a day or two.
The pros for working for Keystrokes far outweigh the cons. I have a lot of work, I am paid well, and I have benefits. I like my manager and my account, and I have a backup account for when mine is slow, which is rare.
There are many of us who are happy but we don't yell about it like the unhappy ones do, same as with other companies.
