Most hospitals are going that way and a lot of clinics are having the docs go to Dragon. Once they pay the cost for the program no need to pay warm bodies in seats transcribing. Oh, there will be some specialties here and there, rad, path, and very difficult foreign dictators that there will still be a need for humans but not much more than that. The med/rec department can make any corrections needed.
