contract with the MTSO that outlines your and their duties and responsibilities and details like line rate, tentative times of work, turn around time for any work you get, how much time for either one of you to terminate the contract, how much time they need when you need to be off work, etc. You shouldn't be treated like an employee and need to outline all these things. You are a business contracting to do work for them.
