Who in their right mind would be willing to do QA knowing that it pays even less than MT (which already pays a pittance in most places)? You have to figure out the impossible to figure out mushmouths and know the voluminous account specs because heaven forbid hospitals would standardize their specs. Knowing also that you contribute to reducing the MTs' paychecks at some companies would also make it hard to live with yourself.
